Text wrapping is also available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Column widths and wrapping only improve the on-screen display. CSV files do not store visual formatting like Excel workbooks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Use copy and paste for repeated values<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Copy and paste the same category or staff name into multiple cells. You can also handle a continuous block of cells together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before pasting, check the selected range and starting position. Do not choose a conflicting setting solely to avoid garbled text.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the selected encoding cannot represent a character, review the warning and the affected character rather than forcing a substitution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reopen the saved file and check it<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After downloading, confirm that the file exists in the chosen folder on your computer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then reopen it in the CSV Editor or a similar tool and inspect the changes.
